are
Service Marks of Interdex Data Company known as
Interdex.

agreement applies to our services under the Domain
and Sub-domains of INTERDEX.COM (including
ValleyAds.com, AVads.com, PirorityAds.com,
WeHoAds.com)
You must agree to these terms before you
will be able to list links, add site ratings,
sell items,
or bid on items. If you do not agree to be
bound by the terms and conditions of this
Agreement, please, do not use our services.
We may amend this Agreement by posting the
amended terms on our site.

1.
Eligibility
of Membership:
This Interdex
Directory,
Auction
and Classified
Advertisement
web site is only available to people who are
legally able to form binding contracts with you
and the seller/buyer of an item. People who are of
under age of 18 are not eligible for membership
due to security precautions that can result as of
those members. If you do not meet these
requirements, you are not eligible to use this
service.

2.
General
Information:
You agree that you will not copy,
reproduce, alter, modify, created derivative
works, or publicly display any content from our
web site without the prior written permission of Interdex
and it’s Owners
We may immediately remove your item or
directory link/listing, terminate your Interdex/ValleyAds
membership,
issue a warning, and refuse to provide you service
if you Breach this Agreement.
We do not guarantee continuous,
uninterrupted, or secure access to our
service/operation of our site that may be
interfered with numerous factors outside of our
control.
Your activities may not contain any
viruses, or other computer programming that may
damage or detrimentally interferes with site
and/or ISP Hosting Operation.
Designated Trade Marks, Service Marks, and
Brands are the property of their Respective
Owners. ValleyAds.com
and Interdex.com are Service Marks (SM) of Interdex
and it’s Respective Owners.

3. Service/Information:
Interdex
is only providing Directory,
Auction,
and Classified
Advertisement services.
We only provide services to people
interested in selling and buying merchandise or
information search
using our Directory Search/Links,
Classified Advertisement, and Auction via the
Internet . We do not have control over the posted
items and/or links authenticity on the site
and cannot guarantee the quality, safety,
legality of items advertised and the truth
accuracy of the listings. We
cannot ensure that a buyer or seller will actually
complete a transaction.
. We are not responsible for the actions
the sellers takes, before, during, and after the
sell. Typographical
errors, misprints, loss of merchandise/money,
damage or failure of equipment, due to your visit
to this site. Use of this site is at your own
risk, and content is presented 'As-Is'.

Posting
Ads, Posting Links, Bidding, Buying, and Selling:
As a user, you may list, post ads, bid
and/or sell merchandise over Interdex/ValleyAds.
As an Auction bidder, placing a bid is a
binding contract with you and the seller.
The bid cannot be retracted unless due to
fault by the seller of typographical error, or
other human error on the seller's part. Once you
place a bid, and if you win, you will be obligated
to buy the product at the said price you indicated
as your bid. Placing a bid on the site, winning,
and then not paying for the product is illegal.
In most states, prosecution can result to
you. As an Auction seller, the item that
you place up for bids must be real. Pre-sales are
accepted. Once a bid has been placed for your
item, you are being placed in a binding contract
with the potential buyer of the product, if that
bid shall be the highest bid. Once the auction is
over (or if a
bid has met reserve price requirements) you are
obligated to sell to the potential buyer, (which
is the highest bidder) in your auction. If the
reserve price was not met, you are not
obligated in any way to sell this item at all. As
a seller, you are not in any way to bid on your
own items. If reported, your auction will be
deleted.

Selling
Items / Listing Links:
As a user, you are welcome to put items up
for sale and list links in the directory on the Interdex
web
site.
We
are not involved in the actual transaction between
buyers and sellers.

We do have restrictions on what items you may sell
and links you may list. You may not sell/link
illegal merchandise, including pirated software,
pirated music, illegal drugs, firearms, adult
videos/DVD’s, adult site links,
or anything that is affiliated with
pornography, etc.
Items, Directory Links, and Listed Site
Ratings are subject to review by the staff of Interdex,
and my be removed without prior notice, if in
violation with the Interdex
User Agreement.

6.
Privacy:
We gather your information to provide you
with a smooth, efficient, and customized
experience. If
you choose to use our services, we may require you
to provide contact and identity information and
billing information.
We indicate which fields are required and
which are optional.
We do not promise and you should not expect
that your personally identifiable information or
private communications will always remain private
due to the existing regulative environment
and we
cannot guarantee your information will never be
disclosed.
Interdex
cooperates with law enforcement inquiries.
We may disclose your information in
connection with an investigation of fraud,
intellectual property infringement, piracy, or
other unlawful activity.
Interdex
Staff
and our Subsidiaries do
not sell or rent any personally
identifiable information about you.
Personal information sent to a user
regarding a product bought or sold on the site is
not to be used for any other purpose, except for
communication with the item.
This is
a Certified Secured Site / Secure
Socket Layers.
All
Credit Card information
is secured.
Interdex
staff
and/or employees
do not have
access to users Credit Card information.

7. Warranty:
Interdex
Data Company provides this website in an 'as-is'
condition, without any warranty, expressed or
implied.
Interdex/ValleyAds
is not liable for any damages resulting in a
purchased, sold, or listed directory link/business
link due to your visit to the site.

You Agree and Understand that
Interdex.com/ValleyAds.com, Interdex Owners, and
Staff/Employees will not be Legally Liable for any
actions resulting from the use of
this Internet Web Site.
